Q. Do I need an eye test ?

We believe everybody should have an eye test regardless of whether they are going to be purchasing coloured lenses. However you do NOT need an eye test to wear them or a prescription from the opticians.

Q. What is the suitable age for these lenses?

here is no description indicating a minimum age for fashion cosmetic accessories for the eye. Customers should always read the instructions before wearing the lenses to avoid any danger.

Q. Can I wear Crazy Lenses?

Crazy Lenses can be used by anyone who doesn’t need vision correction, but wants to simply want to change or enhance their eyes.

Q. How should i order here?

After you place the order, you will be redirected to a secured payment page. You can pay your order with credit cards. We will not store any of your credit card account information. For successful payment, you will see a confirmation page loaded automatically. Also, we will send you a confirmation email.

Return and Exchange

Return and Exchange

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, angelens offers a 30-day return (ps:Contact Lens vials or blister packs must not be opened ) and one-time exchange policy for you. We are sorry that this policy currently does not apply to international orders.When you return it to us by post, the item must be unused in a salable condition, contact lens vials or blister packs must not be opened. And for the client who paid extra fee, we can only refund you your payment of item, because we take already a big part of the shipping. Refunds will be credited to your Paypal account.

PS: Any additional fee of returning item (for example: Charge of custom or some clients choose the receiver to pay the shipping fee) will be reduced from the refund.

We bear the cost of the return shipping for the following problems a.when you recieve the products, the vials was broken.

Do Not Have a Prescription?

If you don't have a prescription at hand, you can go to your local optician to get your eyes tested and ask for your prescription. They are obliged to give you one. Of course, you can place your order first and later email the copy of your prescription to us when you get one, which can help us arrange for your order in advance.

Ways to Provide Your Prescription

Currently, there are two ways for you to provide your prescription to us. The first one is that you can enter your prescription directly on our website. Of course, if you find it hard to understand your prescription or worry that you might make some mistakes while entering, you can choose to email us the copy of your prescription to us after you place your order.

Terms & Abbreviations on Your Prescription

On your prescription, there are several terms / abbreviations which might be confusing to you. The first column is SPH (Sphere); it is used to correct both near and distance vision problems. Sometimes, you can see a minus sign “-” or plus sign “+” ahead the number. The minus sign means that you are nearsighted and plus sign farsighted. The second column is CYL (Cylinder) and third AXIS. These two columns are used together to correct astigmatism.

Correct Use

This is daily wear contact lens. You must remove the lens before sleep. Don’t forget the lens care when remove.

1. How to Use

Before Use
a. Check your eyes for gums and congestions with mirror.
b. Keep your nails short and smooth in order not to damage your eyes and contact lens.
c .Be sure to wash and rinse your hands.

Checking for lens, package and container
a. Check the one lens is locating in the middle of the container, tear and status of color.
b. Turn over the cover, you can find arrow on the aluminum lid. Remove the lid twisting it in one direction. Be careful not to hurt your finger.
c. Remove the rubber cover and slightly shake the container to float the lens. Poor it to lens case with preservative solution entirely.
d. If you failed to remove the lid, don’t try excessively. Use the tools to open it.

Confirmation
a. Check the deformation, discoloration, debris, contamination, scratch and damages. If you are using lens with those defects, it can bring the possibility of ocular hazard. So DO NOT USE.
b. Put your lens on your finger and check in and outside. If you use the lens with inside out, you can feel discomfort and it easily come off.

2.How to Wear

a. Put your lens on index finger of your dominant hand and check the in and outside of the lens.
Moisture removal helps easy wearing.
b.Grab and fall down your lower eyelid with middle finger of same hand.
c. Lift up the upper eyelid with other hand’s middle finger to raise the eye rims.
d. Put the lens on pupil with gazing your both eyes to the front.
e.Check the right location of the lens on pupil and slowly move back your finger.
f.Slowly blink your eyes for several times and check the lens was fitted rightly.

3.How to Remove

a. Clean your hands before handling. Check the location of the lens with mirror and gaze the upper direction to make pupil go up.
b. Fall down the lower eyelid with middle finger of your dominant hand.
c. Grab and remove the lens with thumb and index finger of dominant hand. Be careful not to damage on to your eyeball and lens with nails.

4.How to Care

a. Daily chemical disinfects required. Do not use hot water.
b. Please follow the attached instructions and marked information on the cover. Use this product in proper way.
c. For treatment and preservation, use the solutions for soft contact lens. DO NOT tap water.
